Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.7 / 5 from 99 reviews.
I recently purchased the TOOCAA machine and my overall experience has been excellent.
The shipping was smooth and the product arrived wellâpacked. After receiving it, I started testing right away and the machine performed impressively â clean engraving on both wood and tumblers with great precision.
TOOCAAâs support team has also been responsive and helpful, which adds a lot of confidence when buying a machine like this. Even when I faced a small issue later, their support was quick to guide me.
Overall, itâs a solid, reliable device with great results and dependable customer service. Highly recommended.
The TOOCAA L2 is an amazing machine for a great price. It works great. This is my first time purchasing a laser, and putting the machine together was straightforward. Most of the complicated parts were already assembled. The cuts are very precise, and it produces beautiful engravings. It also has a generous 415 Ă 395 mm working area.
Overall, Iâm very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend the TOOCAA L2 to anyone looking for an affordable, high-quality laser engraver.
This is my first laser. But overall Iâm happy that got 10w model. More precise, more delicate. With this one I did 1 mm holes in lather for sewing and also engraving different materials too.
Just my opinion, I put armored tape on the bottom to fix plate air flow under laser. Because smoke always heavy and goin down. For now really no smoke at all
Amazing laser for small business production! The large working area and high power of the TOOCAA L2 have drastically improved my efficiency, allowing me to process larger batches of orders every day. The engraving quality is top-notch with beautiful, crisp details.
After some startup problems, with Lightburn integration and autofocus for instance. Now it is working good, love the air purifier, the camera, the autofocus and the framing red laser cross.
After watching countless review videos, I finally pulled the trigger on the TOOCAA NOVA for my garage workshop, and Iâm thoroughly impressed. The smart workflow on this thing is next-level; it completely streamlines the framing and engraving process compared to the clunky setups Iâve used before.
This is first experience with a laser engraver, i love it so far, everything was easy to set up, the only thing is that I donât find any tutoriel about TOOCAA studio, is there any place I can look for it ??
Tks and have a nice Day

It is really a beginner-friendly machine because it does so much for me.
Honestly⌠this machine is INSANE... perfect for small businesses trying to save time and create faster. I really love it.
I love the smart workflow on this machine. TOOCAA Studio makes it so seamless to import files and adjust settings. Absolute game changer for my DIY projects.
I was a bit nervous about making such a big investment for my home workshop, but the customer support team at TOOCAA is unmatched. Iâve honestly never experienced such good and responsive support before! They helped me clear up a minor software question within minutes. The machine is incredibly beginner-friendly, and the manual is super easy to follow. Iâve been running it almost every day since it arrived, making gifts for family, and the engraving quality is always flawless and sharp. You can really tell they care about their users.
I've had a busy few weeks with my NOVA, 3000 pins engraved and cut from 3mm ply. I used over 50 sheets and the Nova was brilliant.
I've gone from never using a laser to having over 60 hours experience in a few short weeks and the support from Toocaa ( Rex and Dora) has been amazing! Any questions I had were answered very quickly. I've been a maker for years using various 3d printers and other tools and I've never had such good support before.
It's a great machine, easy to assemble with the well documented manual.
I had one issue with the deliverd usb-c cable in the toolbox which didn't work.
I changed it for another cable and it works perfectly.
I'm very happy with it.
Thanks TOOCAA.
I made the switch from XTool to Toocaa. I really liked XTOOL BUT after they stopped making replacement parts for previous machines and wanted to charge an arm and a leg for new machines I had to look elsewher. I AM SO HAPPY AND RELIEVED I found Toocaa. I really love the enclosure that came with my 20w L2. I also loved the connection to the module head. Its more secure and won't frey the wires over time. This thing seems to have more power than my last XTool 20w. It's weird but my old settings for things are higher power than this Toocaa..So I have to drop my power a little on the Toocaa. Which is really nice. Customer service is spot on and helped me with the downloads software I was missing. I had my Toocaa set up and running in 30 minutes. Most of the machine was assembled, just had to put the enclosure together, which was extremely easy. Great step by step instruction. I cant say enough about the packaging. I have never seen anything packed like this machine was. It was perfect. I was truely impressed. Machine looks sweet with the LED lights. And last but not least...the price. This is a perfect budget machine that you could of sworn is worth more than 2k. All and all I am perfectly satisfied with this machine. Can't wait for what Toocaa has to offer in the future. Extensions with an enclosure would mind blowing. Thank you Toocaa for making an awesome, budget friendly sweet machine. Hat's off to you.
I love that the TOOCAA L2 has a built-in flame detector and safety enclosure â makes me feel much better about using it at home. It's been awesome for creating unique, engraved gifts for my significant other. Just be prepared for a bit of long delivery time...
The software is user-friendly and platform-independent since it runs in a browser. However, camera calibration data is not saved, and importing DXF files can result in incomplete contours. Overall, TOOCAA Studio is ideal for simple and quick tasks.
Been running the toocaa L2 20w laser for a few days now and honestly, Iâm pretty satisfied. Itâs super easy to set up and Lightburn works smoothly with it. Yeah, itâs not the fastest 20w out there, but it cuts clean and doesnât struggle with my 3mm birch. If youâre new to lasers and donât want to drop a ton of cash, this thingâs got you covered. It comes with a built-in exhaust and an enclosure, which is nice for safety and keeping things tidy. Itâs not the most powerful, but for the price, it gets the job done.
Now that Iâve got it nestled into a space in the work shop, Iâm looking forward to seeing what this little guy can do.
Got the TOOCAA L2 last week, and it's been a solid addition to my workshop. Setup was straightforward, and the build quality feels really firm. I've tested it on wood using different speed/power and the results are consistently clean and precise. The toocaa studip is intuitive enough for a beginner but also has depth if you want to get creative. Honestly, itâs been fun experimenting with designs and seeing them come to life. Would definitely suggest it to my friend getting into laser engraving or looking for an upgrade!
