Refund Policy
Normally, our return policy lasts until 30 days after receipt. This return policy will come into effect when completing your order. If your request for a refund exceeds the time on the return policy, we will not offer you any refund or exchange, except in special cases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of your order. If your products are not purchased from our official website but purchased through other channels, we will not handle the return according to our policy. Please contact your retailer for after-sales service. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer directly.

Return Policy
1. Your package hasn't been shipped:
Please email us at service@toocaa.com within 12 hours to cancel your order. You will receive a full refund. Please do not open a chargeback, as it may delay your refund and incur handling fees.
2. Your package is on the way:
Please contact us as soon as possible to intercept the shipment. You will be refunded the product price minus interception fees, duties, and related costs.
3. Your package has been received:
For Laser Machine:
- Unopened: Refund with 10% service fee (shipping not included).
- Opened but unused: Refund with 15% service fee.
- Used (no visible damage): Refund with 30% service fee.
For Laser Accessories & Materials:
- Unopened: Refund with 15% service fee.
- Opened (used or unused): Refund with 20% service fee.
Note: Service fees are calculated based on the total order amount, including tax and shipping.

Except for quality issues, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided via email.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank.
Non-refundable Situations
- Exchanges are not accepted under normal circumstances.
- Products used more than 50 times or beyond 30 days are not eligible.
- Damaged or worn items are not eligible.
- Returns due to customs duties or taxes are not accepted.
