On a cheerful spring weekend, TOOCAA and CréAddictive brought together a passionate group of creators, families, and makers in the heart of Tours, France, for a two-day offline event that turned laser engraving into an unforgettable holiday experience.

Held in a welcoming and art-inspired venue, the event combined the charm of Easter with the innovation of laser technology, powered by the compact and beginner-friendly TOOCAA L2 engraver. The atmosphere was festive, creative, and full of discovery.

A Warm Welcome for All Visitors

From the moment guests arrived, they were greeted with fresh breakfast and afternoon tea breaks, which created a relaxed and sociable environment throughout both days. Whether attendees came with family, friends, or simply curiosity, everyone was invited to explore TOOCAA’s engraving capabilities through live demos, guided interactions, and personalized souvenirs.

Visitors who dropped by without participating in the challenge still had the opportunity to watch live engraving sessions, ask questions, and take home a custom-engraved Easter keychain, made on the spot with their name or a symbol of their choice.

Easter-Themed Creation Challenge

A special highlight of the event was the Easter Creative Challenge, held across four workshop sessions, participants arrived with open minds and were invited to brainstorm, design, and build their projects entirely on site.

Armed with a selection of materials and full access to the TOOCAA L2 and guidance from our team, participants had three hours to conceptualize and complete their Easter-themed laser creation. From engraved bunny figures and springtime wall art to and decorative plaques, the diversity and originality of the works were inspiring. Many participants brought sketches or digital designs, while others let their ideas unfold during the session. The materials, tools, and laser engraving guidance were provided on-site, making the experience accessible for beginners and rewarding for experienced crafters alike.

Each session lasted three hours, giving participants enough time to explore design techniques, learn ToocaaStudio software, and complete their engraved Easter creation. The collaborative, hands-on spirit made each workshop feel like a mini creative community.

Recognition and Celebration

On Saturday afternoon, a jury composed of members from TOOCAA, CréAddictive, and local content creators gathered to review the finished pieces. The selection was based on creativity, craftsmanship, and how well the works captured the Easter spirit.

The winning project was celebrated during a small award moment, and all challenge participants received a gift as a thank-you for their effort and imagination.
